Enter your email address
For “Access Code/Password”, enter the last 4 digits of your social security #.
Once logged into the system, you will see all check stubs and W2’s issued to you in date order.
Just click on the name of the file that ends in .pdf to view the document, print it or save it to another location.
If you are not allowed in, then at some point you have changed your “access code” to something other than the last 4 digits of your social security # and we do not know what you have changed it to.
If this is the case, then click “Forgot your access code/password?”. It will ask you to enter your email address.
Once entered (and if you previously added your cell phone # to your account) it will immediately text you a temporary “Access Code/Password” to use to log in.
If you DID NOT previously add your cell phone # to your account, then it will send us an email indicating that you need assistance and send you a copy.
We will process these assistance emails during regular business days/hours by manually resetting your password back to the last 4 digits of your social security # and having the system send you another email about your W2 being available.
When you get this email (from myfileguardian.com), click on the link in the email and enter the last 4 digits of your social security # to log in.
In accordance with applicable federal laws, D&L will mail your W2 or 1099 statement to you directly by the 31st of January if you DO NOT have an email address on file. If you HAVE an email address on file, please see “Accessing your Pay Stubs and W2 online” for instructions to get your W2. Paper copies of W2’s or 1099’s will be available for pick-up only at our corporate office.
Change of Address
W2’s and 1099’s will be printed this year with the address that we have on file for you as of the last pay date of the year.
It is HIGHLY SUGGESTED that if you have a change of address, please make sure that you provide your local post office with a “change of address” form, so that your tax documents can be forwarded onto your new address with the minimum amount of delay.
However, because of the volume of documents that we have, we cannot pull your tax document and make the change of address prior to originally mailing it.
If your document is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will then use your new address information to attempt to re-send it to you 1 more time.
Please be aware, that we cannot guarantee that a document with the wrong address will ever be returned to us, or when. We have had cases in the past where tax documents with the wrong address have been returned to us 6 months after we originally mailed them!

In accordance with applicable state and federal laws, D&L calculates employee over-time based upon those hours worked over 40 within any given week.
Over-time is paid at one and one half times your normal hourly rate.
A week is defined as starting at 12:01am Monday through 11:59pm Sunday.
Paychecks are issued according to the pay schedule listed below.
Paychecks are available for pick-up at the office on pay week Wednesday through Friday during regular business hours.
Those checks not picked up at the office will be individually mailed to employees and contractors on the Monday following pay day.
In addition, if you are scheduled to work on pay week Wednesday AM through Friday at 5pm, your paycheck “may” be delivered to you at your scheduled job site.
